Bassetlaw Sprint Triathlon

Event Overview
Welcome to Bassetlaw Sprint Triathlon, a friendly event for both new and established triathletes, organised by Bassetlaw Triathlon Club for the community of Worksop.
The event consists of a pool swim of 400 metres starting at the leisure centre, a rolling bike route of 23.4km that takes in the scenic surrounding villages in both Nottinghamshire and South Yorkshire. The bike route is traffic managed for your safety. The final part of the event is a two lap 5km run around the residential footpaths of Worksop where you will be cheered by our marshals and local crowds over the finish line.We do our best to cater for as many different people as possible. If you are wanting to enter the event and may need extra assistance during the race, please contact us before you enter so we can discuss how we may be able to help you. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the route our event takes we are unable to safely accommodate wheelchair athletes.
