Overview
This event is a very scenic sprint triathlon that overlooks the beautiful South Wales Valleys. It is a 750 meter open water swim followed by a closed circuit 20km bike leg finishing with a flat 5km run. There will be T-shirts for all finishers and prizes for 1st male and female.
