1500m River Swim. 41km Country Bike Route. 10km Riverside & Park Run
The Bedford Triathlon is a popular Olympic distance triathlon based close to the centre of the town, featuring a river swim, a fast bike route in the Bedfordshire countryside and a flat three-lap run around the river and Russell Park. This is a very friendy race and the swim and run are excellent areas for supporters to see and cheer you on.
There is easy access by road and rail with free parking close by.

The race will be suitable for both Elite and experienced athletes, but also those new to the sport that want to experience their first open water triathlon in a beautiful location
