Meeting point
Set in the historic area of Hartlepool next to the Historic Maritime Experience, home to the famous HMS Trincomalee, the swim takes place in the semi enclosed tidal sea dock. With Tees and Hartlepool Yacht Club close by providing full amenities to shower and change. The Wingfield Castle paddle steamer provides refreshments, and additional toilets. The cycle takes place on closed roads along Coronation Drive parallel to the sea. Followed by a 5k run along the Promenade following the sweeping sands of Hartlepool and Seaton.
