The 30th year of this great Cornish triathlon. Wonderful location and friendly organisation make this a true classic. Ideal for your first open water sea swim with the swim protected by the Bude Breakwater, coastal road cycle ride and canal side run. T-shirts for all a rumour that the chocolate cake is coming back!
