Carlisle Duathlon takes part on quiet country roads and is a perfect warm up for the season ahead. The Duathlon consists of a 4km run, 25km bike, 4km run and is suitable for all abilities from novices to experienced athletes. We pride ourselves on being a beginner friendly club.
