Dyfi Dash Triathlon

Event Overview
This is a popular friendly club event attracting experienced and novice triathletes of all abilities. The experienced athlete will use it to gauge how their winter training has progressed and kick start their season while the happy faces of those experiencing their first triathlon as they cross the finishing line demonstrates the sense of achievement that our sport has to offer.
After a 400m pool swim the bike route will take you on a flat out and back course to the village of Cemmaes Road, while the run follows the cycle path out of town before turning onto a minor road which leads you back into town for a rewarding finish at Canolfan Hamdden Bro Ddyfi.
