Swim Bike Run Develop are coached sessions to empower you to develop your skills in swim, bike and run. All sessions are delivered by our qualified coaches, who will aim to make you feel welcome and build your confidence, whilst having fun.

This session is aimed at those new to Swim Bike Run, wanting to think about their first Swim Bike Run Mini or Local. The session aims to develop confidence in all three elements and transitions for those about to take part in their first event. The session will allow you to familiarise yourself with the event venue in readiness for event day and it will provide opportunities to understand the venue layout, to practice transitions and to get your questions answered so you are completely ready for event day. This session will include:

• Swim Familiarisation - Top tips, set up, lane etiquette
• Transition 1 - Set up, the route in, the route out, and top tips
• Bike Familiarisation - Route out, bike mount and the bike route (map/video)
• Transition 2 - Route in, to practice T2 and the route out to the run
• Run Familiarisation - Run out, the run route (map/video), running tips and finish
