This event is great for anyone wanting to dip their toes in an open water multi-sport event for the first time with likeminded people aged 15 and up. You will swim 400m in open water followed by a multi terrain 5k run around the park. Registration will open at 7.00am with the event starting at 8.30am. There will be wetsuit hire available on the day. Changing rooms and toilets/showers are provided along with free parking. Costing only £6. We are a NOWCA accredited lake using an information band where you'll be able to add your emergency details on the day for your full safety.
