A very informal Ladies only event based indoors, designed for women to try a tri. 200m swim in the pool, 5km on the gym bike, 2km run on the treadmill

Starting at 7pm for first athletes in the water. Between the swim and going up to the gym, there is time to get changed as the transitions are not timed. The event is kept very small with a maximum of 16 people to ensure a safe, friendly environment.
