Ideal for beginners and improvers with a swim of 200m, bike of 3km and run of 2.5km. The event takes place at Basildon Sporting Village, the swim will be an 8 length "snake swim", 2 lengths in each of the 4 available lanes, passing under the lane ropes after two lengths. The bike will be 3 laps of a 1km loop. The run will be 6 laps of the running track.
