A beginner friendly swim/run event aimed at those taking their first steps into multi discipline sports will see you take on a 300m pool swim followed by a 3km run, or a 150m swim/1.5km run if your aged 10 to 14.

Race registration will be open from 19:30

Race brief, all to attend, will be at 19:55

First wave swimmers (Juniors) start at 20:05

First wave swimmers (Adults) start once Juniors are clear of the pool.

Entrants will be welcomed and looked after throughout the event by members of Bayside Tri Club who have built up a reputation of being supportive, encouraging and welcoming.

All finishers will receive a medal and the satisfaction of completing a GOTRI event.
