A great way to tri a triathlon without setting foot outside...A pool based swim, spin bike and treadmill run to give you an idea what triathlon is all about.

250 yard swim (10 lengths) then after drying off a 10km bike on static bikes in our fitness studio finishing with a 1km run on the treadmills in the gym.

We will stop the clock after each element as there may be some waiting time between the bike and the run...and we don't want people getting hurt running through the building rushing to the next part of the challenge..This is all supposed to be fun...!
