High Lodge Forest Centre is happy to announce another GO TRI Duathlon which will take place on 21st of July 2018. The event is great for novice adults (16+) who want to take part in an exciting activity with the duathlon structured as a run, bike, run format (2.2km run 7km bike and 2.2km run). The course will take place on signed forest terrain so expect surfaces conducive to forest environment such as but not exclusive to tree routes, mud, stones and puddles etc. We recommend a bike suitable for moderate off-road terrain and it is an essential requirement to wear a bike helmet. Seasonal weather means participants should dress appropriately for weather on the day. There will be a participant fee of £7.50 which does not include site entry.
