First and foremost aimed at newcomers to the sport but is open to all athletes of all abilities and levels of fitness. Due to there not being a need for a bike, age 15+ - 200m swim and 3.3km or 4.8km run. Ages 11-14 100m swim and 1.6km (1 lap) run.
