Join us in Middleton Park for GO TRI Middleton Park Spring Duathlon - one of our most popular GO TRI venues in Leeds. GO TRI Middleton Park Spring Duathlon will take place on Saturday 12th May 2018, starting from the bandstand in the park. There will be three races on the day. An open adult race (15+), a Leeds Girls Can women-only race (15+) and a junior race (10-14).

The open adult race will include: 2.5km run, 5km cycle, 2.5km run

The Leeds Girls Can race will include: 2.5km run, 3km cycle, 100 metre run

The junior race will include: 400 metre run, 1km cycle, 400 metre run

All races will be fully marshalled, signposted and traffic free. The entry costs are £5 for the open adult race, £3 for the Leeds Girls Can race and £2 for the junior race. Registration for the open adult/Leeds Girls Can races will open at 11:15am with the races starting around midday. Registration for the junior event will open at 1pm with the race starting around 1:30pm.
