The University of Nottingham GO TRI Aquabike, presented by Sandicliffe Ford is the last event in a series of four GO TRI events run by The University of Nottingham Triathlon Club throughout the 2017/18 academic year.

The race, on the 28th April, consists of a 200m swim (8 lengths) in the David Ross Sports Village swimming pool followed by a 9km bike ride (3 laps) around the hilly University Park campus.

Registration opens at 15:30 for participants to either sign up on the day or confirm their attendance if signed up online. A race briefing will be held at 17:00 on poolside, with the race start being 17:10.

This event is aimed at people of all abilities so whether you are a student, staff, or member of the public you’re all welcome to take part. This event is especially perfect for first timers as it is held in a friendly and non-competitive environment and it is a great warm up event for the Notts Triathlon in June as it is the same course but shorter in length!
