A club-run duathlon ideal for newcomers, as a training race or for those of you who like a super fast course. We keep our prices as low as possible but we guarantee that you'll enjoy a first-class race experience. We guarantee you a well organised, no frills race with friendly marshals run by athletes for athletes. The race will be chip timed, you will be able to access your results and times as soon as you've crossed the line and each competitor will receive a rather swanky medal with a unique Herefordshire Duathlon design.

The flat run course takes you through the city streets and out into the local villages. The bike course is undulating and takes in some of Herefordshire's most beautiful countryside. A shorter distance race also takes place on the same day, starting at the same time. 4.6 mile run | 17 mile bike | 2.2 mile run OR 2.4 mile run | 17 mile bike | 2.2 mile run.
