Overview
Renamed as the 'Castle' triathlon, this event will take you round Kendal Castle 3 times and as a result of the new bike route is more spectator friendly.
You'll start with a 400m swim in the pool and transition to your bike for 2 laps of a bike route that takes you into the hills above Kendal and back through the town centre. Finally a run along the route of the old canal and up to the Castle ruins before returning to the centre to bathe in glory.
Tea, cake and medals also available, if the glory bath is closed!
