Races for the young athlete and novice ages from 8yrs to 16yrs. 

The indoor heated 25m pool section is a 'snake' swim individual start, shoe transition on poolside,  then out on to the run course which is a simple course in the grounds of the school which is traffic free. Complete the correct number of laps then into the finish. Starting order in decending age groups: Youth, TS3, TS2, TS1, Novice 2,TriStar Start, 'Swimbikerun' Mini,  Novice 1.

Medals to all competitors and goodies at the finish tent. Trophies for the British Triathlon TriStar Start/ TriStar and Youth winners. Novice competitors medals only.

Age groups are governed by the age of the child on 31st December 2023.

Results are posted on the website by 7pm that evening. No full results at the race.
