Within the confines of London’s Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. A phenomenal London location avoiding all road crossings.

Swimming in the London Aquatics Centre and running around the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. All runners are welcome.

Timing: RFID Chip timed, Results will be online straight after the race.
Swim: London Aquatics Centre Pool (400m)
Course: Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - 5km
Race Entry Limit: 400
Race start time: WAVE 1 - 7:00AM, WAVE 2 - 8:00AM, WAVE 3 - 9:00AM, WAVE 4 - 10:00AM
