Event Overview

Mendip TRC are proud to launch the Mendip Triathlon, a fantastic family day of multi-sport events for adults and juniors staged at the prestigious Millfield School .

The Adult Sprint race takes place in the morning starting with a unique ' open water format' swim in Millfields 50m pool, athletes then head out on a fast, undulating bike course through the stunning Somerset countryside, before a traffic free run across the Millfield campus with a sprint down the finishing straight on the athletics track.

The afternoon will begin with the Junior races from TriStar Start through to TriStar 3 age groups, again using an open water format and a spectator friendly bike and run course on playing fields. Mendip TRC event village will be on the same playing fields as the junior event with a BBQ, and picnic/spectator area, making the whole event a wonderful family bank holiday experience.
