Unique Sprint Triathlon on the stunning island of Mersea, situated on the Essex Coastline. Buoyed 750m sea swim in the river Blackwater just off the beach, followed by a 20km cycle on the smooth roads of the island, before finishing with the final half of the run on the Island's beach. 750m Swim, 20km Bike, 5km Run
