Event Overview

Back for it's fifth year, the Minehead Open Water Sprint Triathlon takes you through a 750m (2 lap 'Aussie' style) open water sea swim followed by a fast out and back, undulating bike route with stunning views over Exmoor National Park and Porlock Bay. The race then finishes with a beautiful coastal run which is partially off road and has a 'cheeky climb' to test your legs and lungs.

Event entries will open on the 1st December 2021 through the dedicated Minehead Triathlon page of our website! The 2018 version of this event was our very first triathlon and the feedback has been nothing but positive since with many athletes already adding the 2nd October 2021 to their diaries!

On completion of this event you'll get one of our signature wooden finishers medals, finishers t-shirt and an amazing warm atmosphere. The course is fantastic for spectators so bring your entourage. We look forward to seeing you on the start line.
