NEWTCracker Sprint Triathlon

Event Overview

The NEWTCracker is designed to be a fun, friendly and relaxed event, providing a reasonably price entry level racing for all local athletes and a great way to get some good race training in a secure pool environment.

The race comprises a 400m pool swim, followed by a flat road course for the bike of 25km and a similarly flat 5k run (2 x 2.5k loops).

The triathlon is open to all abilities of competitors aged 16 and over (based on age at 31st December 2023). Any participants under the age of 18 must have parental consent to take part.

We do not currently accept relay entries.

Race Starts at 09.30 am - Registration between 8 am and 9 am at NISV Pool foyer or Outside (weather depending )

Last registration will be at 9.00 am sharp so please arrive in plenty of time.

This race is held under the rules of Welsh Triathlon and the British Triathlon Federation - see https://www.britishtriathlon.org/competitionrules.

Entries can only be made on-line 

Deferral & Refund Policy The NEWTCracker has a no deferral or refund policy.   Competitors may transfer their entry to another person up to 26th February 2023, providing Race Director has been notified in writing via email prior to this date.
