A thrilling duathlon around the famous Oulton Park race track, where there will be both a sprint race and a standard distance race. Novice entries are very welcome.

Sprint - run 1 lap, cycle 5 laps, run 1 lap

Standard - run 2 laps, cycle 9 laps, run 1 lap

Middle Distance - run 2.5 Laps, cycle 14, run 2 laps. We shall have lap counting technology in place to ensure that all competitors complete the correct number of laps.

Due to the capacity of the track the events may be spread out throughout the day. we intend to have social distancing measures and sequential starts in place as they are at the time of advertising.
