Event Overview
Enjoy the fun, friendly race atmosphere at the beautiful Guildford Lido and Stoke Park. Each event in the series has five categories; adults (age 20+), Youth & Junior (age 15-19) and 3 for children (age 8-14) on a flat, fast circuit, starting and finishing at Guildford Lido.
The swim is in the heated open air 50m lido pool, and the traffic-free running route takes you in and around neighbouring Stoke Park. The races on all four dates are identical and chip timing is provided, so it's a great way to track your times and see how your fitness improves through the season. All abilities welcome! Prizes are available from our fantastic sponsors, and all races are run according to BTF rules.
Categories are based on age on 31 December 2022:
- TriStar Start: 8 years old (born 2014)
- TriStar 1: 9-10 years old (born 2012-2013)
- TriStar 2: 11-12 years old (born 2010-2011)
- TriStar 3: 13-14 years old (born 2008-2009)
- Youth & Juniors: 15-19 years old (2003-2007)
- Adults: 20+ (2002 and earlier)
