An open water standard distance triathlon based at picturesque Pitsford Reservoir and utilising the superb facilities of Northampton Sailing Club and Brixworth Country Park providing ample parking. Fantastic swim facilities, a terrific single loop bike course and a run course that takes in the picturesque lake trails.

A great addition to the well established Pitsford Standard Triathlon we have added the Pitsford Standard Duathlon. If you want to get involved in the sport and feel the buzz but don't want to "dip your toe in the water" then this is the event for you. The route comprises 10km out and back run along side the reservoir, 40km single loop bike in the beautiful Northamptonshire countryside, and finishing with a 10km loop run of the reservoir to the finish.

We are also pleased to have an Aquathlon race as part of the event. A swim in the clear waters of Pitsford reservoir followed by a shore line trail run to the finish.
