Event Permits:

A British Triathlon event permit demonstrates that an event is safe and fair meeting a set of national standards. Further detail can be found here (https://www.britishtriathlon.org/events/event-permitting).

Event permits are issued following submission of event required risk assessment and insurance documentation. The status of each event’s permit application can be found within each event’s listing and is explained as follows:

Permit issued. Event has submitted the required documentation for a permit, this has been reviewed and a permit has been issued by British Triathlon.

Permit awaiting review. Event has submitted (or will be submitting) the required documentation for a permit and this is being reviewed (or will be reviewed) by British Triathlon.

Event not yet permitted. There are less than two weeks to the event. British Triathlon are working with the organiser to ensure a permit is issued.
