Overview
Set on the Beautiful North Cornish Coast. Based in Bude with a 500m Sea swim in Summerleaze Bay, sheltered by the Bude Beakwater, then a 11 mile cycle along coastal roads and returning to Bude and a 3 mile run along the canal towpath and back to Bude.
Individual, Teams and loads of Age groups, Medals and T-shirts to all competitors. Now in its 27th Year - very popular so book early.
