Overview
An awesome trail triathlon at the foot of Snowdon. The race venue is the village of Llanberis, recognised as the adventure sports capital of Wales. The Slateman has achieved cult status in the past 6 years, the route and views are stunning.The route comprises a 1000m open water swim, 51km road ride on amazing mountain roads, and an 11k trail run through the incredible Llanberis slate quarries. There is also a sprint distance, equally as mind blowing, distances are 400m swim, 20k bike and 6k run. Are you tough enough to take on the Snowdonia Slateman Savage? Compete in both the Sprint and Full Slateman events over the weekend.
