Sospan Charity Swim

Event Overview
This is a Charity Open Water swim challenge at the North Dock in Llanelli. The swim course will be the same used as that of the Llanelli Sprint Triathlon but with FOUR different distances available: 750m to 3km. Great way to gain some open water experience.
In 2022 we donated £4000 to the Nathan Ford Fund to help with his rehabilitation. Our Charities in 2023 will be Ty Bryngwyn Llanelli in memory of a dear friend. Jac Lewis Foundation, Home Start Ammanford.
