The triathlon involves a 400m indoor swim, a 21km cycle and a 5km run. The duathlon involves a 5km run, a 21km cycle and another 5km run. These races differ from other triathlons as there is a 10 min “rest zone” between each activity so competitors do not have to go from one activity straight to the next – ideal for beginners! The entry fee is £15 and we ask that each participant raises £485 in support of Hope and Homes for Children (all monies raised by St. James’s Place employees will be matched by the Foundation)
