Swim Bike Run Develop are coached sessions to empower you to develop your skills in swim, bike and run. All sessions are delivered by our qualified coaches, who will aim to make you feel welcome and build your confidence, whilst having fun.

This session is aimed at participants wanting to move from a pool environment to open water in readiness to swim open water on a regular basis. Participants must be competent in front crawl and able to swim at least 100m of front crawl non-stop. This session will provide you with the basics to move from the pool to open water and to feel safe and competent when swimming in an operated open water venue. This session will include:

• Open Water safety & guidance and beginner tips
• Wetsuit - Putting it on and removing it
• Open water acclimatisation
• Swimming in a wetsuit, entry and exit to the water
• Sighting and turns
