A Wednesday evening friendly 750m open water swim time trial (TT), in the sea at Teignmouth Beach starting at 18:30. A deep water start, anticlockwise, rectangle course, marked with large yachting buoys. The last (right hand) turn marked with a green buoy is the swim to the shore line finish.

This event is one of six throughout the summer of 2019. The distance is measured the same each event to account for the tide. A bottle of prosseco for the first male, first female and the swimmer deemed the 'best trier'. A lucky draw for all competitors to win a free sports massage. All prize winners get free entry to the next TT.

As you finish you get a cup of hot chocolate, tea or coffee to keep you warm. The presentation will take place as soon as the last swimmer finishes. Results will be posted online.
