Held from a base on the Quayside of the ancient maritime port of Bideford, "The Little White Town". Entrants will have a 600m swim in the river, followed by a 23km cycle ride into the hinterland with some good hill sections. before compling the race with a 5km run on level land adjacent to the river. Finish back at The Quay where the results will be announced and awards presented.

The event has established its reputation as "the friendly triathlon" and attracts high levels of repeat participation. Individual participation is limited to 250 and relay teams to 30. With some of the best beaches in the UK and wild Exmoor in close proximity, our event makes a great reason to enjoy a long weekend in North Devon.
