Overview
Following the huge success of THE ROC Wales, this new format endurance triathlon now also takes on England’s highest mountain Scafell Pike.
Starting on the west shore of Lake Windermere with a 1.5km swim, the race heads on bike 46km via Coniston to Great Langdale and T2. 8km via Rossett Gill to the summit of Scafell Pike and 8km back again before returning for the second bike leg 46km back to Lake Windermere, finishing with a 1km trail run to the finish.
