Event Overview

This is a triathlon born out of a love for triathlon! A new Sprint and Super Sprint triathlon race in Cheddar, inclusive for all abilities. Good season opener for both the seasoned and new triathlete! Begin with a pool based swim at Kings Leisure Centre 400m/200mThe Sprint distance bike ride (20km) features the iconic Cheddar Gorge immersing you in the undulating Mendip countryside.

The Super Sprint distance (12.5km) allows you to take a mostly flat breathtaking view of Cheddar Gorge, Crooks Peak and Nyland Hill. The Run 5km/2.5km out and back course takes you along the old Strawberry line footpath which is a flat course. Cheddar is also home to Jacobs ladder so we have found you a baby Jacobs ladder just for fun as you come in to take your final glory lap around Kings Leisure Centre sports field and reach the finish line.Cross the finish line and be welcomed in to the event village where your family and friends will be there to basque in your success!
