A friendly, safe and high quality event that welcomes both competitors new to triathlon and those seasoned to competitive triathlon in an outstanding, picturesque location. For the fourth year we will be hosting a Sprint Distance alongside the Standard Distance Triathlon; the Sprint Course Tri will  be ideal for those people who have previously competed in pool based events and would like to try an open water short distance race. The event will include a 750m swim, 25km bike ride and a 6km run and the cost is £36.50, including administration fee. The Standard, or Olympic Distance, will yet again provide a challenging course, with one of the most beautiful Lake District backdrops and includes 1500m swim, 40km bike ride and a 10km run and the cost is £41.50, including administration fee. Medals to all finishers, with an optional t-shirt available again through the entry website.
