Overview
The first of Ulverston Tri Club's Winter Duathlon Series on scenic roads outside of the beautiful South Lakeland town of Ulverston.
A flat 5km run on quiet lanes, followed by a 29km out and back cycle route along the undulating coastal roads, finishing with a final 5km run.
All abilities welcome. Come and join us and support our local Tri Club event.
