Age Group Sprint Distance Duathlon. Suitable for all abilities. The race will take place within the Llandow Kart circuit as well as out on the public highway. The cycle route will take you through the quaint villages of the Vale of Glamorgan and along the picturesque coastline with it’s fantastic views across the Bristol Channel. The nature of the course makes it suitable for novices as well as the experienced athlete wanting to post some fast times on this undulating course.
