The event is chip timed with medals for all participants and age group podium medals. The event is open to all ability levels and is an ideal venue for your first duathlon.

DISTANCES 

YOUTHS (15-16 years) 1.6km run / 8km bike / 600m run. 

TRISTAR-3 (13-14 years) 1.6km run / 8km bike / 600m run.

TRISTAR-2 (11-12 years) 1.2km run / 4.8km bike / 600m run.

TRISTAR-1 (9-10 years) 600m run / 3.2km bike / 600m run

TRISTART (8 years) 400m run / 800m bike / 200m run 

REGISTRATION 

TRISTAR 3 and YOUTHS: Opens 10:00am. 

TRISTAR 2: Opens 10:30am

TRISTAR 1: Opens 11:30am 

TRISTART: Opens 12:00noon

RACE STARTS  

TRISTAR 3 and YOUTHS: 10:30am (Race together in same wave)

TRISTAR 2: 11:20am 

TRISTAR 1: 12:00noon

TRISTARTS: 12:30pm

BRIEFING: The briefing will take place 10 minutes immediately before each wave start. 

BIKES: Can be hired directly from the venue - please give yourself more time to arrange this on the day with the venue.

PARKING: Onsite for participants only (4 hours max from arrival.)
