The event is chip timed with medals for all participants and age group podium medals. The event is open to all ability levels and is an ideal venue for your first duathlon.

TRISTAR-3 (13-14 years) 1.6km run / 8km bike / 600m run.
TRISTAR-2 (11-12 years) 1.2km run / 5km bike / 600m run.
TRISTAR-1 (9-10 years) 600m run / 3km bike/ 600m run
TRISTART (8 years) 400m run / 800m bike / 200m run
