Biography
I'm a Level 3 coach based in Lanzarote for 10 months of the year and back in the UK (Cheshire) for the summer months. I've been a coach since 2001 and I've been in the sport for 25 years. My experience includes:
14 years as a club coach for Leeds & Bradford Triathlon Club coaching adults over all discipline and juniors, 6 years as head coach of the youth (teenagers) section
Session coach at The Brownlee Centre / Leeds High Performance Centre 2010- 2018 for performance and university athletes
Personal coach to junior elite cross triathlete 2012-2015, 7th Junior at Xterra World Championships as well as several Sprint, Olympic distance, 70.3 and IM triathletes
Academy coach NW, North, Y&H
Session coach at Wakefield and Chester Triathlon Clubs
Lead coach for This Girl Can Go Tri, Warrington 2017
My own triathlon racing history includes 3 x IM Kona finishes, 10th AG Xterra World Championships, 3rd AG European Champs long distance, British Championship medals x 4 and 20 wins.
