Biography

I have been privileged over the past 30 years to gain some incredible experiences from my own triathlon journey and with my clients achieving their own goals. A priority for me has been to help others discover their potential, drawing on my knowledge from my coaching qualifications and my own highs and lows of training and competing.
The creation of an individualised training plan is the key to success, something I have always developed myself for my own training rather than relying on generic programmes. Through 1:1 meeting’s and the use of training peaks, helps to educate you on how and why you train, enabling you to develop the skills and knowledge you need to successfully train and compete.
Regardless of whether you are a first-time triathlete, looking for a PB or to qualify and represent GB drives my passion for the sport and continuing to challenge myself in my own training and professional development. My belief has always been if you fail to plan you are planning to fail.
