•    In-depth insight about Loughborough Triathlon Performance Centre 
•    Training at world class training facilities 
•    The opportunity to watch an Olympic/Paralympic training session
•    The opportunity to experience and participate in an athlete swim training session 
•    Q & A session with Olympic/Paralympic athlete
•    The opportunity to experience and participate in a running drills training session
•    Recovery, nutrition and physiology/psychology workshops

What is the High Performance Experience Day?
British Triathlon members now have the opportunity to sign up for our exclusive High Performance Experience Day where participants will receive advice and coaching from some of the very best coaches in the sport, have a chance to meet an elite athlete from our high performance programme, and hear from a range of performance sport specialists who will provide top tips to help participants improve their own triathlon and multiport performance. 

Who’s it for? 
The High Performance Experience Day is primarily for British Triathlon Members who are curious to find out what’s going on in a high performance environment and committed to exploring personal excellence by learning from the best. Athletes must be aged 18+. Having some experience of triathlon whilst not essential will be beneficial.

Food and Drink
Tea and coffee, lunch and recovery snacks will be provided.
