Effectively Retain and Recruit Volunteers

This workshop aimed at sports clubs aims to give guidance on the value of volunteers and top tips on how to recruit, retain and reward volunteers.

By the end of this workshop, you should be able to:

• Assess the number and value of volunteers in your club
• Identify the need for new volunteer roles
• Identify the key elements of recruiting, retaining and rewarding volunteers
• Develop an action plan for volunteering taking into account other organisations and opportunities

Audience

• People interested in setting up a club
• Existing Club Committee Members seeking to increase the number of volunteers in their club. 

The workshop will also provide an excellent opportunity to meet your Regional Manager (Kelly Wickens) and form a network with other local clubs.
