GO TRI Indoor Intro to Tri Nottingham
This session is ideal for participants who have taken part in the single disciplines of swim, bike or run and now want a chance to put them all together without the pressure of an event environment.
The session will start with a swim warm up and drills followed by a continuous swim at the distance of your choice. After this we will head into the spin studio for a maximum 20 minute bike ride on the static bikes and then finish the evening off with a short run.
Participants can go at their own pace and stop and rest as many times as they like.
This session will be guided by a L2 coach to offer advice and tips and support throughout all 3 disciplines.
There will be a full briefing at the start and as none of the disciplines will be timed you will have time to dry off before moving on to the bike and the run.
Start 7pm - Finish 9pm
What you need:
Sports kit for cycling and running (can be the same, note the short run is outdoors)
£1 for your locker
