Where the combination of workshops below are delivered at both 10.00am and 11.15am in the 2019 Triathlon England Conference schedule, the allocation to which timeslot of each workshop you are to attend will be confirmed shortly ahead of the event.

Nutrition and Fuelling your Coaching (OTE)

OTE Sports Performance Nutritionist, Annie Simpson discusses three key areas of nutrition for sporting performance; Hydration, Energy & Recovery. This will include practical & easy to implement nutrition tips as well as how OTE Sports products have been designed to help support a triathlete’s diet around training and competition.

Club Management System – maximising the benefits for your club

Following the introduction of British Triathlon’s new club management system, this workshop will provide your club with important and relevant updates and talk you through the features and benefits of the tool. There will also be an update around club affiliation and membership to make sure your club has all the tools and resources to support it to grow and operate effectively and efficiently. 

Triathlon England Conference

Please note enrolment on these workshops include access to the full Triathlon England Conference taking place on Saturday 9^th November 2019 at the Crowne Plaza Birmingham NEC - including the pre-paid lunch, Q&A session with Jodie Stimpson and Triathlon England AGM*.

(*This workshop is open to all but you must hold a Triathlon England Home Nation membership to attend the AGM)
