Exceptional Circumstances

Data Protection:

Record generation: Upon application, a record is generated for the course you have applied for. This record is only shared with the course organiser and tutors.

Certification update: Upon certification, your coaching qualification will be updated in your membership record. Your status as a coach can be confirmed to a third party upon request.

Membership and Coaches Insurance:

Insurance cover: Your membership includes professional indemnity and public liability insurance, which covers you as a coach during the course. This coverage allows you to carry out the required coaching to complete your qualification. It is important to maintain your membership to ensure this cover remains in place.

Government and British Triathlon Guidance: Please note that all courses will operate under the guidance provided by the Government and British Triathlon.
